Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Teller at our Woodbury branch (195 Radio Drive, Woodbury, MN 55125). This position will be based out of the Woodbury branch, but will float to the Eagan, Minneapolis, and Roseville branches as needed, At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. What You Will Do:

• Accurately process a variety of member transactions and inquiries while providing great personalized service.

• Transactions include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and more.

• Actively engage with members to build relationships, identifying their financial needs while educating them on products and services to help their financial wellbeing.

• Maintain security of cash, checks, and member information to protect both the Member and Blaze from risk.

Who are You:

• You are enthusiastic and passionate about helping others

• You understand financial products and services or are interested in learning about them

• You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations

• You work well with others, even when things don’t go as planned

• You have a High School degree or GED (required); previous financial service, customer service, and cash handling experience a plus
